Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
IR Digitals ("we", "us") is a fully remote company working with clients in many places. We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply where you’re located. This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect through irdigitals.com and our booking tools, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients and the contacts of our clients. It does not cover information we process for clients under a service agreement; that is governed by our Data Processing Addendum with each client.
1. Person in charge of personal information
Iman Soliman, Privacy Officer, is responsible for protecting personal information at IR Digitals. Email: privacy@irdigitals.com
Contact this person with any question, request or complaint about your personal information.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. We don't ask for sensitive information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs), so please don't send it.
3. Why we use it
- To schedule and hold the calls you book, and to reply to your questions
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you've asked for
- To send you information about our services, but only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time (as required by applicable anti-spam laws)
- To run, secure and improve our website
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We use your information only for these purposes, or for others you consent to or that the law allows. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
4. Consent
By giving us your information for a stated purpose, such as booking a call, you consent to its use for that purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the person named in section 1. Withdrawing may mean we can't provide some services.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only what they need. Each is bound by a written agreement to protect it and use it only for our purposes.
| Provider type | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Website hosting (WordPress.com / Automattic) | Hosting irdigitals.com | United States |
| Scheduling (Calendly) | Booking calls | United States |
| Email and productivity tools [name] | Communicating with you | [location] |
| Automation platforms (for example Zapier, Make, n8n) | Moving booking and contact data between our tools | United States / EU |
| AI service providers (for example Anthropic, OpenAI) | Helping us draft proposals and summaries | United States |

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example in response to a court order.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies so the website works. Analytics, advertising and other tracking cookies stay off until you turn them on in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. The Calendly booking widget may set its own cookies; see Calendly's privacy policy.
7. Information stored in other countries
Some of our providers store or process information in other countries, mainly the United States. Before transferring it, we assess whether it will be adequately protected and put written agreements in place. Information held in another country may be accessible to that country's courts and authorities.
8. How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Leads who don't become clients | 24 months after our last contact |
| Client contacts and records | For the contract, then 7 years for tax and legal purposes |
| Marketing consent records | As long as you're subscribed, plus 3 years |
| Website analytics | 14 months |
When the period ends, we securely destroy the information or anonymize it.
9. How we protect it
We use access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest where our providers support it, and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure. If an incident creates a risk of serious harm to you, we'll notify you and the relevant regulators where required.
10. Automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. If that ever changes, we'll tell you, explain the main factors and let you ask a person to review the decision.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy, including in a commonly used electronic format
- Correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, or stop sharing or using it, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing
- Know how your information was collected and who it was shared with
Send requests to the contact in section 1. We'll answer within 30 days, free of charge, and may need to verify your identity first. US residents may use an authorized agent. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
12. Complaints
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy regulator where you live.
13. Changes
We'll post any update here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or with a notice on the website before it takes effect.
